Computers Suck Part II. Live365 problems

I'm having computer problems again. But this time it's Internet related. I have a Live365 radio broadcast and I can no longer upload new files in my original bitrate. The stream quality is 24/11/jst. And I'm forced to change it because the 365 loader and Studio programs do not support that bitrate any longer. I DO NOT won't to redo all the files in my broadcast but that seems to be the only option.
If anyone here has any knowledge of L365 I could really use you're help.
